If you have a technical problem in the customer portal, you may be able to fix it with the following steps. Please check after each step to see if the problem still persists. Once the problem is solved, you do not need to carry out any further steps.
- Update your web browser. Our customer portal works best with the latest versions of web browsers.
- Use a different web browser. This will help you determine if the problem is specific to a particular browser.
- Disable toolbars or add-ons that have not been pre-installed with your web browser. Some browser add-ons or extensions may affect the performance of the customer portal. What should I know before I delete my browser's cache or cookies?
Deleting your cookies may cause you to lose other information stored in your browser, such as saved passwords and login information. You might want to store this information elsewhere before deleting it.
Clearing the cache should not affect stored important data.
